Suffering

I am struggling in a huge way. God is healing the biggest trauma I’ve experienced to date. It is SO hard! At the root of it, I see that I’m afraid to trust God because I’m afraid He will let me suffer. And do you know what He says to that?!? He says I will suffer. His disciples suffer. Have you suffered? Are you suffering? How do you embrace and allow suffering and continue to trust God even though He allows it?
