When I start to feel miserable, one of my tools is to identify the lies I'm agreeing with and remember the truth. I needed to do this today after perusing my friend's FB page, and you may need to do it as you watch my videos. Always remember your worth in God's eyes! Invite Jesus in to your tender places, and ask Him to heal you. He will, and we will Dare Greatly in His strength together. Asserting truth like this is one way I maintain a firm mind, like Helaman's stripling warriors "they are young, and their minds are firm, and they do put their trust in God continually" (Alma 57:27), or as taught by the prophet Jacob, "O all ye that are pure in heart, lift up your heads and receive the pleasing word of God, and feast upon his love; for ye may, if your minds are firm, forever" (Jacob 3:2).
