Lift Your Eyes -- Part 3

My favorite part of the song “Lift Your Eyes” is the end where it says repeatedly, “You’re not looking high enough yet!” Back when I didn’t know God, and I found that my idea of God was shaped by my experiences with my earthly father, I practiced imagining the best, kindest, most loving, gentlest, most merciful father. And then I remembered that God was even better than that. These words encompass this idea for me. We look to God to know our true worth, and realize that no matter how “high” we look, God loves us more and we are worth more in His sight than we imagine.

How does God see you? Who are you in His eyes?
